First we must understand energy, the world consists of energy, all of our thoughts are comprised of pure energy, in fact the creation of the entire universe started with a thought. So how we think ultimately influences what we attract into our lives.

Begin your day in prayer and meditation to focus on what you have to be grateful for. Even thank God outloud. The process of being thankful focuses your thoughts in an upbeat and the proper manner for beginning each day. I highly urge you carry an object in your pocket that reminds you to be grateful.
